1.1 BetXGames operates through the portal BetXGames and has entered into an intermediary agreement with Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd and Allin1net B.V.in relation to in relation to sports betting and games.
1.2 Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd. is a company registered under the laws of Malta with registration number C 49029 and having its registered office at Suite 21, Room 3, St Luke’s Road Pieta, PTA1027, Malta. Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd. has been awarded a Class 2 on Class 4 remote gaming license numbered LGA/CL2 640/2010 by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority. All sports betting of BetXGames shall be operated on the license of Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd. and run on the platform of iTechnogaming Limited, company registered under the laws of Malta with registration number C 55295 and having its registered office at Apartment 21, Charles Court (Suite 57), St. Luke's Road, Pieta, PTA 1027, Malta, which has been awarded a Class 4 remote gaming license numbered LGA/CL4/829/2012 on the 18th April 2013 by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
1.3 Allin1net B.V. is a company registered under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 124539 and having its registered address at New Haven e-Zone, Emancipatie Boulevard 29, Willemstad, Curaçao. Allin1net B.V. is duly licensed under the laws of Curaçao by C.I.L. Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. with license number #5536 /JAZ issued by the Governor General of Curaçao. All poker, Evolution live casino, casino games, V-games, RRace, skill games and bingo shall be operated on the license of Allin1net B.V.and shall be subject exclusively to the laws of Curaçao. For the avoidance of doubt, any and all issues relating to any of the games mentioned in this clause 1.3, namely poker, Evolution live casino, casino games, V-games, RRace, skill games and bingo, shall be referred and resolved exclusively in accordance with the laws and regulations of Curaçao.
1.4 Unless specific reference is otherwise made, Remote Gaming Solutions Limited and Allin1net B.V. shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Companies”. Any reference to the Companies shall, unless specific reference is otherwise made, also refer to any one of the Companies, as the case may be. This agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between the Companies and any person registering with the Companies, known as a Player. Each player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions when registering for an account with the Companies and is bound by them throughout the existence of the relationship.
1.5 The Companies reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions including any of the Betting and Game Rules at any time and without prior notice. The Companies will do its utmost to inform its players should there be major modifications to the Terms & Conditions or rules. The Players will be requested to accept the new terms before proceeding. Nevertheless, it is the players’ responsibility to regularly check for any changes. Should the player, due to any possible changes, not wish to continue using the services of the Companies anymore, he can withdraw all available funds and close his account.
1.6 It is hereby being agreed that the contractual relationship between a player registering and playing with Remote Gaming Solutions Limited shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the Laws of Malta. The contractual relationship between a player registering and playing with Allin1net B.V. shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (where applicable) and by the Laws of Curaçao.
1.7 In the case of any dispute between the English language version and versions in other languages of the Terms and Conditions, any rules or any website content, the English language version shall prevail.
1.8 It is recommended that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and the Betting and Game Rules for your records and store them in an easily accessible place.
2. Account Rules
2.1 Any player applying for an account must be at least eighteen (18) years old or in the case of Estonia not less than twenty one (21) years of age.
2.2 Residents of the USA and France cannot register as players with the Companies.
2.3 The players of the Companies agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions at all times, and also confirm that they are:
- not acting in the interests of any third party;
- not utilising funds originating from any criminal activity or activities;
- not utilising bank accounts, debit cards, credit card/s they are not authorised to use;
- not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Companies’ systems or, to alter its code or content in any way;
- not going to take part or organise any criminal actions against any or all of the Companies, its affiliates, and its players.
2.4 In the event of a player not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned in 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 , the Companies will close the account and may confiscate the available funds.
2.5 It is the responsibility of the player to verify that when opening an account and conducting business with the Companies, they are not breaking any laws and are of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction.
2.6 In order to open an account with any and/or the Companies, the prospective customer must correctly fill in the registration form found on the website and read and accept the Terms and Conditions as found on the websites www.BetXGames.com. 2.7 The player must submit the correct information during the registration process. This information includes first name, second name, sex, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. Such information is kept by the Companies, or any one of them respectively, to be able to offer its services to its players. The player also agrees to update this information in a timely manner should there be any changes to their personal data provided.
2.8 The player is restricted to opening only one account or having only one active account.
2.9 The Companies may, at their own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account. If the Companies close an existing account, contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
2.10 All accounts are opened and transacted in the Euro currency.
2.11 The Companies are not a financial institution and no interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in the player’s account.
2.12 It is the responsibility of the player to keep track of winnings and report them to the proper authorities, if the player resides in a jurisdiction where those winnings are taxable.
2.13 During the registration process the player will be able to choose his login ID and password. This password may be changed by the player at any time.
2.14 The player must keep his login ID and password secret at all times. In this respect, the Companies advise the player not to write down his login ID and password in a way that can be easily found or used. The Companies also advise the player not to leave his computer unattended when logged in, so that he can avoid anyone using his account without his consent. The Companies also advises the player to construct a password with a minimum length of eight characters which contains, as a minimum, upper case and lower case alphabetical characters and numbers or other characters (e.g. Asdf12/3).
2.15 If a bet/s is placed using the login ID and password of a player it will be considered to have been made by that player and therefore to be accepted and valid.
2.16 The Companies prohibits player collusion and use of devices or programs which distort normal game play (such as Robots).
2.17 The Companies retain the right to examine and confirm the identity of its players at any time even following deposits. When deemed necessary, the Companies will request that documentation proving the player’s identity is forwarded to their offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo ID’s, passports, bank statements, references, utility bill, photocopy of credit card, etc.
2.18 A player account cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
2.19 If an account opened with Remote Gaming Solutions Limited remains inactive for a period of thirty (30) months or more, Remote Gaming Solutions Limited is obliged to report such accounts to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, in accordance with the Subsidiary Legislation 438.04 of the Laws of Malta. If Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd Limited is unable to refund the funds on the account to the player, we may be asked to transfer any outstanding balances to the care of the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority. It is then up to the player to contact the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority to collect his remaining balance.
3. Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits can be made into the account by credit card, bank transfer or cheque and wire transfer. The name on the credit card or the bank transfer should be identical to that of the player receiving the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
3.2 When depositing by credit card your credit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. It is also suggested that you print all transaction data and keep it readily accessible for your own records.
3.3 Maximum and Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit 10€ - Maximum Deposit 150€
- Minimum withdrawal 50€ - Maximum Withdrawal 1000€;
3.4 Any funds deposited must be utilised for the placing of bets or for playing games.
3.5 All transactions are checked for possible money laundering activity. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the player being reported to the relevant authorities and freezing of the funds and could also lead to the closure of the account and confiscation of the funds.
3.6 The refund policy of the Companies is to not affect any refunds. However, it remains at management’s discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained.
3.7 Bonuses can from time to time be placed into a player’s account as part of a sales promotion/marketing campaign. More details of each bonus scheme will be published on the website as they are introduced. Bonuses can only be withdrawn if the bonus conditions have been met.
3.8 Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one player to the account of another player.
3.9 A player can at any time log in to his account and view a statement of his account which would show all transactions effected on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets made, pending bets and withdrawals. Should the player notice any mistakes he should notify the Companies, or either one respectively, immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. The player should report such a mistake within ninety (90) days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available on the website.
3.10 At any time, a player can decide to withdraw part or all of his funds from his account by selecting from the various options made available by the Companies. Depending on the currency and on the chosen withdrawal option, certain transaction fees may apply. The Companies will not charge any fees for withdrawals; however, all bank or payment processor fees will be borne by the player. Once all the available funds have been withdrawn, the player has the right to close his player account if he wishes to do so. 4. Aborted and Miscarried Games
4.1 Should a Player’s device malfunction or internet connection is lost after the bet has been placed and received on the system of the Companies, the bet/s will be accepted and will participate in the game. The outcome of the game can be checked after the Player’s device or connection are functioning properly again.
4.2 In the case of Live Blackjack should the Player’s device or connection be lost and the Player’s cards are still below sixteen (16) points then another card or cards will be drawn until the points total exceeds sixteen (16) or twenty-one (21). The Player will be credited with any winnings. No more bets will be placed after the connection is lost or a player does not communicate with the croupier for two (2) minutes.
4.3 Should any of the systems of the Companies malfunction before a result is determined then all confirmed bets will be immediately voided.
4.4 Should there be a problem with the roulette wheel, bets that have been confirmed will be retained and will participate in the game once the problem is fixed
5. Betting Rules
•A bet can only be placed by a registered player.
•A bet can only be placed over any distance communication device such as a mobile phone or over the Internet.
•A bet can only be placed by a player if he has sufficient funds in his account with the Companies.
•The bet, once matched, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions and Betting/Game Rules valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
•A bet is deemed to have been accepted as soon as it is received on the Companies’ system and validated and processed. Confirmation is then sent to the device or computer of the player with a unique number and time stamp. This does not imply that the bet has been matched but solely confirms that the Companies acknowledge the intention of the player.
•The player affirms that at the time he placed a bet or bets he had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective events. Bets on games in which the customer has gained access to insider information are not allowed. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule the Companies retain the right to void the bet and refuse to pay out winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.
•The Companies retain the right to decline to accept bets on any event without providing any reason. The Companies also retain the right to terminate events and / or games for whatever reason.
•The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to the player on the website after login.
•In case of bets on a suspended match, the player will be refunded for the full amount of his/her bet/s.
•Should the Companies decide to close a player’s account, bets which have already been matched will not be voided and the player will be paid any winnings.
•A bet which has been matched cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by the player.
•A mistake regarding the details of a bet or bets will not influence the validity of the bet. If the event on which the bet has been placed is incorrect then this will automatically void the bet.
•When the player places a bet/s he acknowledges that he has read and understood in full all of the Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules regarding the bets offered by the Companies as stated on the website.
The Companies manage the player’s account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
•The player is fully responsible for the bets placed, on Internet. The Companies will never question the player about the relevance of the bets they wish to place and will not be held responsible for the possible mistakes that could have been made during the placing of such bets, including mistakes regarding the placed amounts or odds they quoted or accepted.
•Winnings will be paid into the player’s account after the final result is confirmed. However, the Companies reserve the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations into the result of an event resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If the irregularity is confirmed then the Companies retain the right to void any related bets.
•Should the Companies become aware that a player has placed a number of bets from different accounts he has irregularly opened, all bets will be voided. The Companies retain the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
• If bets, which exceed any stipulated limits, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the party and counter-party of the bet.
•Communication errors do occasionally happen. The Companies only confirm bets when received on their servers. Should there be a break in communication after you offer a bet and it has been received on our servers it will still be considered to be valid. The player will be informed on the acceptance of a bet after re-establishing the communication time in which the bet may have been combined and / or terminated.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 A player may set his own limits on the amount he permits himself to bet/lose and or deposit in a specified period of time. Any limits set by the player can be removed through the My Account page.
6.2 A player may also lock his account for a definite or indefinite period of time should he no longer wish to bet.
6.3 Any changes requested by the player to reduce restrictions or remove the blocking of his account will not take place until seven days after the request is received. Requests to increase restrictions on his gambling or to increase blocking periods will have immediate effect.

8.3 The Companies are not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, saturation of the telecommunication networks or natural catastrophe; which could lead to a total or partial reduction to the access to its services, on Internet or by phone.
8.4 The Companies are not to be held responsible for the consequences caused by the breakdown of any device or software, directly managed or outsourced, which could lead to a total or partial reduction to the access of its services, via Internet or by phone.
8.5 In the event of deliberate action or gross negligence by any and/or all of the Companies, in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the compensation available to the player would never be any higher than the available funds on the player’s account or the amount of the bets involved in the willful or grossly negligent act.
8.6 Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining Terms and Conditions would retain their validity.
8.7 These Terms and Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the Companies, or any one of them, and the player, and replace any previous written or verbal agreement, communicated by the Companies, or any one of them.
8.8 The Companies do not accept any liability whatsoever for damage to a player or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from a mistake, misprint, malfunction of software on www.BetXGames.com and/or any domain owned by any of the Companies or that of any of its affiliates and/or partners.
9.1 Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd have notified the Commissioner for Data Protection that it is processing personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2001 of the Laws of Malta.
9.2 The Companies will only process your personal data for the purposes for which it collected it, namely to provide you with an online betting exchange service.
9.3 The Companies do not normally share your data with any other third parties; however, at times the Companies may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. 10.2 Should you not be satisfied with the way a complaint relating to any sports betting operated by Remote Gaming Solutions Ltd and/or to the Portomaso Live Casino was resolved or handled, you may escalate directly to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta by sending them an email on email@example.com .
10.3 It is important that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
